Abstract

The issue of the admissibility of actions before Courts of Justice is relevant both for those who analyze constitutional law from the academy and for those who do it from professional practice. For those who act and litigate protected by constitutional guarantees before the Courts of Justice, the admissibility of their actions is a matter of the greatest relevance, since the beginning of the exercise of jurisdiction or its denial depends on it.
